the band Pop/Rock Original Singles - Stopped and The Next BreathCynthia Del'Aria - Singer, Songwriter
I'll start this by saying I hate bios. They don't really tell you anything about someone, except maybe a resume or history of, and really, who cares? So here's what I'll say about myself: Right now, I'm learning who I am as an artist, as a singer, and as a performer, and pushing myself in ways that I never have before. What that means is that I fail. Alot. Sometimes in front of actual people. But it also means that my wins are bigger and sweeter than they've ever been too. So it's one day at a time, one note, lyric, line and song at a time, and one step at a time along the journey.

Meet the Guys

Okay, so I could have had the guys give me their own bios of themselves. I'd rather tell you why I think they are each so amazing and why I'm so incredibly blessed to have them to perform with. :)

David Mahn - Lead Guitar, Songwriter
David is freakin' amazing. He shares my love of all things classic rock and 80s hair metal, and the guy can just flat play. David has this really great feel for musical direction as well. Whenever we're writing together, he always seems to pull out the chord or progression that just "feels" right with what I'm trying to say. He's my right hand man, my confidante, and seriously helps me keep from being the uber diva. Well, most days...

Johnny Lee Wilson - Background Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Ukelele, Banjo, Purveyor of All
Johnny started out playing bass with us, and through a series of conversations I found out how multi-talented and multi-faceted he really is. So I talked him into bringing every instrument under the sun with him one evening to rehearsal, and the rest is history. Not only can he pick out harmonies like a pro, his style and tone are unique, and he's so creative that I love bouncing ideas off of him. He's passionate, hard-working, and takes genuine pride in his work, and the result is music to everyone's ears. Oh, and he speaks drummer, so that helps us all communicate better. :)

Mark Miller - Bass
Mark is an incredible bass player. The first night he showed up to "audition" with us, he sat down and just picked up whatever the other guys started playing. As he puts it, "I could sit on this note all night long." Mark is fun to be around, talented, and always brings something a little extra to rehearsals and gigs that brings the arrangements alive.

Brian Mikulich - Drums
Besides the fact that Brian can keep time better than any clock I've ever owned, he's incredibly funny too. He brings out the nuances of each song and takes them from "great ideas in my head" to "whoa, that's like real music". He's got a knack for finding (and keeping) the perfect beat for what the song is trying to say to the audience. Plus he's bald, which is just plain cool.
