Members share job opportunities, referrals, introductions, and advice, building the professional relationships that open doors.

Raising Awareness of the Economic and Social Needs of Women in Tech

Through articles, events, speaking engagements, and social media campaigns, SHATTER THE GLASS CEILING® promotes public awareness of the issues women and gender minorities face in technology. These include pay equity, representation in leadership, workplace bias, and retention. When more people understand the problem, more people help solve it.
